Products pursues defect prevention rather than detection. Our
SPC
techniques are enhanced with customer designed and built gages and
Quality Assurance fixtures.
The Quality Assurance Program includes
SPC monitoring, In-house gauging, Optical
comparitor, Rockwell tester,
Tensile tester and a host of digital gauges and other hand held instruments.
Our inspection department meets or exceeds your quality requirements for
each component manufactured.
C & J Metal Products will work
in conjunction with your Engineering and Purchasing departments to
insure dimensionally perfect stampings, four-slide and wire-forms in the
industry.
